The mountains of Western North Carolina hold a special place in my heart. There’s something about their vast beauty, the way they stretch toward the sky, and the quiet strength they embody that calls me to explore—not just the world around me, but the world within. It’s in these wild landscapes that I’ve found some of my truest moments of connection, healing, and self-discovery.
For my first retreat of 2025, I’ve chosen Western North Carolina (specifically, Banner Elk), a place close to my heart, nestled near some of my favorite hiking spots in the state. This beautiful location is the perfect setting for a weekend dedicated to reconnecting with nature, reclaiming your power, and rediscovering your essence.

I am a passionate explorer of the world and the self, blending my love for movement, nature, and storytelling to create empowering spaces for women. Honoring my fiery and adventurous spirit, I integrate outdoor adventures and mindful practices, encouraging women to connect deeply with themselves and the earth.
I believe that life is an adventure, and there’s nothing quite like the feeling of being surrounded by the beauty of the mountains and the energy of magical women. Room Options
We are offering five beautifully designed rooms:

Main House: Three rooms (1 private and 2 shared) designed to foster connection and create a warm, communal atmosphere.

Guest House: Two serene rooms (1 private and 1 shared) offering a peaceful retreat experience.
Payment Details

A $300 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot and will be applied toward the total cost of the retreat.

Your balance can be paid in 2 payments with the final payment required by Mar 15. You will be sent a payment invoice to make your 2 remaining payments. Payment #1 due Feb 15. Payment #2 due Mar 15.

Regardless of sign up date all payments must be paid by March 15, 2025.

All participants will receive a contract upon receipt of their deposit, outlining the terms of participation.
What happens after I pay my deposit?
Once your deposit is received, I will personally reach out to schedule a call with you. This will be an opportunity for us to connect, introduce ourselves, and address any questions you may have about the retreat.
After our call, I will send you the retreat contract and an invoice for your next payment. If you have any immediate questions before then, feel free to reach out. I’m here to support you every step of the way!

The Venue
The retreat will take place at a beautiful lodge nestled at the top of a mountain, on an expansive two acres, surrounded by nature and complete privacy. You’ll be immersed in the sounds of the forest, with stunning mountain views, that stretch for miles. Whether you're unwinding in the sunroom, enjoying a quiet moment on the patio, or exploring the expansive grounds, there’s a sense of peace and serenity here that will allow you to fully relax and reconnect with yourself.
The lodge is spacious and fully equipped, offering plenty of room to gather together or find moments of solitude. The main house includes a cozy family room, a sunroom with panoramic views, and a basement lounge area perfect for unwinding. There’s also a private guest house with its own kitchen and beautiful mountain views.
For those who want some fun and lighthearted moments, there’s a game room with a pool table, shuffleboard, and arcade games. Outside, you’ll find a hot tub on the stone patio and a fire pit area that’s perfect for evening relaxation.
It’s a space that encourages relaxation, connection, and personal exploration. Everything has been thoughtfully designed to help you feel at ease, unplug, and tap into the energy of the mountains.
Frequently Asked Questions
Minimum Guest Requirement
This retreat must have a minimum number of 6 guests registered to move forward. If the minimum is not reached it may be cancelled or be rescheduled for a later date. We do not anticipate this happening but this is another reason we ask guests to secure travel insurance.
Retreat Payment
A $300.00 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Your balance can be paid in 2 payments with the final payment required by Mar 15. You will be sent a payment invoice to make your 2 remaining payments. Payment #1 due Feb 15. Payment #2 due Mar 15. Regardless of sign up date all payments must be paid by Mar 15. Making a deposit on this retreat is a commitment to attend. We know that un-forseen things arise which is why we recommend purchasing travel insurance in the case that you have to cancel or we have to cancel the retreat.

What happens if I enroll and then have to cancel?
Please be VERY sure that you will be able to commit to the retreat you are enrolling in. Your deposits and balance payments are unavailable for refund upon receipt.
What happens if the host cancels or postpones the retreat?
In the event that the host needs to cancel the retreat you have signed up for, you will receive a full refund of all monies paid. In the event that the retreat needs to be rescheduled due unforeseen circumstances (e.g., global pandemic, natural disaster, or another event beyond our control), the retreat will be rescheduled for a later day. There will be NO refunds offered, but you will receive full credit for all monies paid to be used for a future retreat.
What airport should I fly in to?
The closest major airport to Banner Elk, NC is Asheville Regional Airport (AVL), located approximately 53 miles away. Another option is Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT), which is about 86 miles from Banner Elk.
Is airport transfer included in the retreat costs?
You are responsible for arranging your own airport transfer to the retreat location.
What is not included in the retreat?
Airfare and transportation to/from retreat location.
Can you accommodate special dietary requirements?
All meals provided during the retreat will be vegetarian. We want to ensure that everyone’s dietary needs are met, so we will be requesting information about any dietary preferences or allergies ahead of time. Please be sure to share this with us so we can accommodate you accordingly.
Substance Policy:
As a retreat focused on healing, self-care, and transformation, we kindly ask that no substances, including alcohol, be brought or consumed on the premises. As someone who has been in recovery for over 24 years, and with many others in attendance also on a path of recovery, we are creating a safe and clear space for everyone. This retreat is designed to support your journey of self-discovery, and we invite you to embrace an alcohol- and substance-free environment as we come together to nourish our minds, bodies, and spirits.
